Franchise Overview

Evolution Childcare is a well-established nursery group with multiple company-owned nurseries in Cheshire. It also has its own training academy and runs two care homes for adults with learning difficulties.

The UK franchise expansion launch in May 2013 saw the network expand across the country to mirror the Middle East franchise expansion, where 6 are now open.

Training

The Evolution Childcare Induction Programme is intensive training run over two weeks; one week at our head office and training academy in Cheshire and the other onsite at the new franchisee’s business location. Training is focused on the nursery manager, on how to run and develop the business using the Kids Academy unique systems, processes, policies and procedures.

Daily Life of a franchisee

Our franchisees are business owners and in most cases will recruit a qualified nursery manger (unless they are qualified themselves) to manage the day-to-day running of the child care, staff and parent relationships. The franchisee’s role as business owner is to oversee the set up of the nursery, the launch, continued marketing and the overall growth and development of the business.
